At Nahvora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
• Item is unused and in original condition
• Item is returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are non returnable:
• Opened candles or fragrance products
• Used personal care or lifestyle items
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Excessive Returns
Nahvora reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive return activity.
