Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of Nahvora’s control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Nahvora is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Nahvora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery related issues.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
